Common questions
Will a bigger pump fix constant cycling?
Not always. Cycling can come from recirculating discharge, clogged feeders, or an undersized pit. We diagnose the path before upsizing by default.
Do I need battery backup?
If outages overlap with high water table storms, backup is wise. We recommend it when the risk is real for your lot, not as a blanket upsell.
Can a sump replace perimeter drains?
A sump needs water delivered to it. Failed perimeter lines still leave walls wet. Often both systems work together on floodplain homes.
